Neighborhood Paintings
I’ve been working a painting series of houses in my neighborhood. It has been a lot of fun and I have found a new subject I enjoy. Many of the houses are very historic and so they bring quite a bit of personality with them. I wanted to somehow capture this in these paintings.

The “Corner House” is wonderful. Reminds me of a few paintings I’ve seen by a New Orleans artist named Michalopolous. Both your work and his have great color and energy, as well as interesting perspectives on architecture.
